All coaching is predominantly done online.  However, team coaching can be done in person.  All options can be tailored  depending on the clients needs. 


 


 

1-2-1 Coaching

1-2-1 coaching provides clients with a bespoke and personalised learning development programme.  It focuses on their goals, developing their skills, and enhancing their performance.

Examples of goals (this is not an exhaustive list):

  • How to prioritise effectively
  • How to set workplace boundaries
  • How to present confidently
  • How to improve confidence in decision making
  • How to transition successfully into a new role
  • How to transition careers
  • How to build a network
  • How to give and receive feedback successfully

Benefits of 1-2-1 coaching:

Costs:  Usually there are six sessions, lasting one hour and a gap of approximately 4-6 weeks between sessions. Total investment for six 1-2-1 sessions is £1050 (inclusive of VAT) per person.  Sessions are usually online.

Group Coaching

Group coaching  is a collaborative process that facilitates reflection, learning, and action towards individual and group goals.

A group coaching session can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, lasting between 60-90 minutes and usually six sessions.  Sessions are usually online. 

Clients that participate in group coaching have a similarity that connects them.  For example, similar type of role, a similar grade, they face similar challenges or development goals.

Some examples of goals in group coaching are:

  • How to feel confident in the workplace
  • How to have a difficult conversation or deliver difficult news
  • How to improve your wellbeing
  • How to prioritise effectively
  • How to manage conflict effectively

Benefits of group coaching:

  • Connection and community
  • Understanding others face similar challenges 'you aren't alone'
  • Learning from others' experience
  • Improving listening and coaching skills

The coach would create a safe environment, facilitate a structured coaching session, encouraging considerations and challenge the client where appropriate, to get the most from their coaching experience.

Costs: Six sessions of group coaching costs £750 (inclusive of VAT) per person and is typically broken down and invoiced post session.

 

 

 

Team Coaching

Team coaching is a process where the coach works with the entire team, not just individual team members, to improve their collective performance, collaboration, and overall effectiveness.

Benefits of team coaching:

  • Improved team cohesion and collaboration
  • Enhanced communication and problem solving
  • Increased team performance and productivity
  • Development of leaderships skills
  • Improved stakeholder engagement

Costs: Bespoke individual tailored packages available on request.

 

Wellbeing Group Coaching- Mini Series

Wellbeing group coaching is a collaborative process where the coach helps clients improve their overall wellbeing by addressing various aspects of their lives, including work life balance, mental, emotional and physical health.

This mini series will be three 90 minutes sessions with up to eight people in a similar role, grade or rank.  Session one will establish psychological safety for the group and understand the wellbeing challenges of the group.  Session two will be a goal based session and examples may include 'how to build resilience at work', 'how to establish boundaries at work' but will be decided by the group. Session three is likely to be a work/life balance reflective exercise.  The group then have the option to extend to six sessions.

Costs: £375 (inclusive of VAT) per person for three 90 minute sessions and are usually online.
