Lara Lloyd Coaching

• Lara has over twenty years leadership experience and has worked in the House of Commons and at IPSA.  
• She has over 150 hours of coaching experience in the parliamentary community working with MP's, Office Managers, Chiefs of Staff, Caseworkers and Parliamentary Assistants.
• Lara has coached parliamentary teams on resilience, prioritising, well being and strategic planning.
• Coaching can be done on a 1-2-1 basis, as a team or on a party basis.

All coaching is predominantly done online.  However, team coaching can be done in person.  All options can be tailored  depending on the clients needs.
